General info:
◆ All artworks are digital only (no physical shipping).◆ Final files are sent via private link or email in high resolution.◆ Commissions are for personal use only, unless a license is agreed.◆ I may decline any request if don´t follow my lineguides (check my Do’s & Don’ts).
Payment & Pricing:
◆ All prices are in USD ($) or Euros € and paid via PayPal Invoice or Kofi commissions or Vgen Commissions◆ Full payment upfront after commission approval.◆ Work begins only after payment is received.◆ Extra charges apply for:• Backgrounds:

Turnaround Time:
◆ Delivery: 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on complexity & queue.◆ I’ll send updates during sketch / line / color stages.◆ Please avoid rushing unless agreed beforehand, therefore check bellow if want a Rush order
RUSH FEE: If need your commission faster than normal delivery time, then can request this with the apply prices ->Rush order: +%30 Final price (For simple designs)
Priority Queue: Less than 1 week (For complex designs) + %40 final price
Revisions:
◆ 2 free rounds of minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.◆Once the lineart or coloring has begun, only small changes are accepted (pose or major redraws will cost extra).◆Major changes (pose, outfit redesign) requested after the lineart is approved may incur a mayor fee, depending on the complexity of the redraw.◆After the piece is completed, no major revisions are accepted.
Cancellations & Refunds
◆ Full refund only if I haven’t started the artwork.If started:
• Sketch: 75% refund
• Lineart: 50% refund
• Final render: No refundI may cancel and refund due to personal reasons or inappropriate behavior.
Usage & Rights
◆You may:• Use for personal purposes (icons, print, profile).• Credit me when posting online. (Kurumi.4rt)◆ You may NOT:• Claim, edit, resell, or redistribute my work.•Use commercially (merch, NFTs, branding) without license.
Artist Rights:
◆ I keep rights to my artwork.◆ I may post finished pieces in my portfolio unless privacy is requested.[NOTE] If the client files a chargeback against the artist, they will lose all rights of all the pieces the artist made for them. The artist has the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. The client will be banned from being able to commission the artist ever again, as well as be publicly posted of the client's deeds for others to see. The artist also has every right to file a complaint and has the right to the money you have given.

Please read my term of service before you order an adoptable from me. By bidding on this service, I will assume that you already agreed with all of the rules.
1. Payment & General InfoCurrency: Payments via PayPal ($USD / €EUR), VGen, or Ko-fi.Ownership: Design ownership transfers only after full payment is received.No Refunds: All sales are final once files are delivered.Conduct: Backing out of a bid/claim will result in a temporary blacklist.Rights: I reserve the right to cancel an auction or keep a design if the reserve isn't met.
2. Payment plan:Availability: Only available if stated on the specific design.Duration: 2 weeks minimum – 8 weeks maximum.Deposit: A non-refundable down payment of 20%–50% is required within 48 hours.Default: If you drop the plan, the initial deposit is forfeited.
3. Design usage, ownership and rightsPersonal Use: All designs are for non-commercial use unless a license is purchased.Artistic Rights: I retain full rights to the artwork (for portfolios, speedpaints, etc.). You own the character design.Edits: Minor design changes are okay, but do not edit my original artwork directly.Credit: Please credit Kurumi.4rt as the designer.Strict AI Prohibition: My work may not be used for AI training, datasets, or generative technology. Sublicensing for AI use is strictly prohibited.
4. Reselling & TradingPrice Ceiling: Resell only for the original price or lower.Added Value: You may only add the cost of paid commissions with proof. Personal art, gifts, or trades do not increase monetary value.Non-Resellable: Designs obtained via trade, gift, or raffle cannot be sold.Raffle Designs: Cannot be traded, gifted, or transferred; they must stay with the winner.
5. Commercial Use*License: Requires a separate fee (125%–200% of the design value).Permitted: Use for V-Tubing, novels, comics, and merchandise (Stickers, Prints, Keychains).Prohibited: You may not use my original art for standees, T-shirts, or 2D/3D models. You must commission new art or draw it yourself for these items.Certificate: A digital license code will be provided. This must be transferred and reported to me if the design is resold.
